Yesterday afternoon I got the email we’ve been waiting almost 6 months for: our agency has approved us for adoption! This means that our profile has gone live on our agency’s website and is now viewable by expectant mothers/couples. From here on out, we’re just waiting. A match and subsequent adoption could take a week, 5 years, or never happen…every situation is different.
While we wait, we’re trying to spread the word of our hope to adopt. We would love it if you would help us! Mark and I have created an adoption website: Hoping to Adopt. Also, if you feel so inclined, you’ll see a button on the right hand side of this page with our family picture on it…we’d love if you’d put it on your blog!
